Cancellation Terms for the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM)

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to anzan_asm@seedevents.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. 

Cancellations made until Monday, 15th April 2024 will receive full refund.

Cancellation requests made between Tuesday, 16th April and Monday, 29th April 2024 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $110 incl GST. Any cancellations made after this date will be considered on a case by case basis.

Changes to registrations, from in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person, will be permitted and will be processed on a case-by-case basis following application to the Meeting Organisers.
At any point prior to the ASM you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

If accommodation has been secured through the ASM website, please refer to the individual cancellation terms and conditions for each individual hotel.

Refunds will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the ASM, you must notify us in writing by email to anzan_asm@seedevents.com.au. Your registration will be changed to virtual attendance, and refund will be provided for the registration fee difference; however, you may be asked to provide additional details.
